Newsflash: 67% of Americans hate sitting and 87% of Americans sit all day long at work. Given this high rate of dissatisfaction and the fact that all of that sitting is terrible for our health we are sharing the research and offering a few solutions.

We especially love the idea of combining the exercise ball as a chair and selectively switching to the treadmill walking desk.

Whichever solution works best for you we hope you get moving! It’s good for you!
